How the switch happens: When your cart exceeds 150 lbs, checkout automatically shows freight options instead of ground. Both palletized and liftgate rates will appear — choose whichever fits your facility.

Order processing

1–2 business days

From when your order is placed, we have it ready for pickup within 1–2 business days, assuming the product is in stock.

Ground transit

2–5 business days

After pickup, ground (parcel) shipments arrive in 2–5 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse.

Freight transit

3–7 business days

Palletized freight orders arrive in 3–7 business days after pickup. Your carrier will provide a delivery window.

How to place an order

    Browse the catalog

    Start from our full product list or go straight to our curated kits.

  2. 02

    Add cases to your cart

    Select the number of cases for each product and add them to your cart. Cases are the standard wholesale unit — mix and match SKUs freely.

  3. 03

    Proceed to checkout and fill in your information

    Click checkout and enter your shipping address and business details. Shipping options and rates will calculate automatically based on your cart weight and delivery zone.

  4. 04

    Add your payment method and PO number

    Enter your payment details and your Purchase Order (PO) number in the designated field. A PO number is required for all wholesale orders.

  5. 05

    Place your order

    Review your order summary and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. We'll have your order ready for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final

Eagle Wholesale does not accept returns or issue refunds on wholesale orders. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

If there is a problem with your order — damaged goods, a fulfillment error, or a missing item — please reach out to our support team and we will make it right.
